Carpenter Park Pickleball Courts

Unfortunately, the pickleball courts here are always occupied by one or two groups who made these as their personal courts and they occupy the courts 3-4 hours every evening and not letting other players to play. If they want to play for long time , they could use CTP facilities. Community players, all those who have seen and experienced this , please come together to address this problem and we need to work with Town of Cary Parks to enforce fair access and proper etiquette from all players by implementing booking system .

Courts surfaces are starting to crack. Color scheme and court lines are weird and distracting. Otherwise a decent court with lights and mini bleachers. Carpenter park itself is quite nice with playgrounds, walkpaths and restrooms. Has potential to be a great court.

Not the biggest fan of how they use junior tennis courts for pickleball here. The nets are about 2 inches higher than the standard height for pickleball. If you’re a beginner it’s probably fine but if you’re a regular player, you’re going to have to adjust your game a bit

Worst place to play pickleball here. Players are very egoistic. They play only among themselves and do not play with others though you are a good player. Not at all welcoming people
