Carmel Road Park

WED 2025.07.23 ~05:50, after parking at Carmel Road Park, Out i went on ~6+ miles walk (CCW-Loop) of the neighborhood. Relatively nice cool mid 70s_F during my ~2 hrs of walk. Encountered a total of ~20+ people (Walking, or Jogging) and ~6 dogs. Everyone's cheery and friendly. The neighborhood looks pretty and nice. When back in Carmel Road Park, i noticed there's no people around. It was nice and clean.

Nice little pocket neighborhood park. Not meant for the masses, so the shelter area is not as large as other parks but it does the job. Playground equipment is in great condition and plenty of open field for the kids to run around and blow off steam. I don't think I saw a bathroom except for a port-a-potty (hopefully a real bathroom was somewhere around and maybe I just missed it). Overall a nice little park.

This is very good park within 3 miles from where we stay, it has 2 tennis courts and Kids play area as well. One Tennis Court is not maintained well. A big football ground as well, we generally go there over weekend.

Basketball courts can use some work. Cracked backboard on one hoop. Huge cracks on the other side. (Double rimmed/w nets)

It's a nice park and the courts need a little work but I enjoy practicing my serves and watching two young children learn the sport next to me.....
