Buckner (Samuell) Park

clean and well maintained park and one of the only ones in the neighbourhood. contains a tennis court and basketball court. really nice place to take the dog or play some sport. although some more trees would benefit the park greatly, not enough shade during the summer ☀️

A very nice well used park in the middle of downtown Dallas constantly has people hanging out people walking their dogs It's a neighborhood staple bringing together the community and giving life to another wise quiet historical sector of the city.

As an experienced benchsitter, this is the best bench park in the neighborhood. Occasionally there are bothersome neighborhood leaf blowing enthusiasts, but this is understandable. Overall a good city park that is clean and enjoyable for benchwork.

Really nice park!!! Clean, well maintained, nice areas, impressive baseball diamond, playground and oh so convenient next to Baylor hospital downtown. Take a picnic, it’s a great afternoon respite.
