Browns Point Playfield Tennis & Pickleball Courts

its such a nice park! 2 tennis courts, 3 basketball hoops, 1 baseball feild. lots of green area. good for a dog walk too. 2 picnic tables n a bench. its in the quiet neighborhood. its near the beach park so u can see the ocean from the street. No flat side walk in the park. see the pictures. No restroom here. Parking: structured maybe 20 cars. 2 for the disabled.

It's a pretty small playground with a kind of sub par baseball field. Doesn't seem like it is very well maintained. It seems a little outdated and could use some upgrades on the play field and the playground section. There is plenty of space there to add other features. I would choose any of the other local schools or playgrounds over this one.

The neighbors is sorta creepy trying to sneak up on us while playing at the Park. I mean it was 3 am we were Legit tryingvto watch the meteor shower. And you can creep up on someone in Gräuel you can hear that Sound from a miles away.

Little league baseball field - needs some love. Dunno who to request bases from, bring your own if you want to have a game. Two bleachers. Two tennis courts One little league basketball court with regulation hoops. 1x extra hoop off to the side, with a free throw line. Climber with multiple slides, one CURLY slide made of metal in full sun. Swingset has 2x big kid 2x little kid. Tons of parking. Couple of picnic benches, blackberries off to the side.

Brung my dog here to run around sometimes. Nice & clean, always friendly faces around as well. Could use some improvements to the amenities.
