South Miami Brewer Park is truly a hidden jewel for nature lovers and photographers alike. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the city, it offers a surprising abundance of birdlife and scenic beauty. Whether you’re an avid birder or simply enjoy capturing moments through the lens, this park provides endless opportunities! From colorful songbirds flitting through the trees to serene reflections on the water. Clean, quiet, and full of natural charm, Brewer Park feels like a small sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. A must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates the art of birding and photography.

I often use the basketball court and the kids playground with my son. Swings, slides, beautifully cover from the hot sun - water fountain to refresh yourself, tables for picnic, parking. There are also tennis and squash courts.

This place is the trifecta of sports love for me. First two tennis courts (both hard) on the canal. Secondly, a half court basketball court with 3 point line for practicing my jump shot. Lastly, a two ample hitting walls to practice my game or set up a make shift pickle ball court. Parking is limited and the entrance is one way so you might have to go around the block if you follow directions on google maps as it takes you right the the exit rather than the entrance.

This is a great park. Right on the water (the side of Brewer Canal) this small park has a lot to offer. 2 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 1 half basketball court, water fountain, swings, picnic tables, and a shaded/padded playground. This is a great place to come out with the family for a fun filled day. Its location makes it not only relaxing but safe. It is located on a residential one way street on one side so there is very low traffic and still has a fence to separate from even this.

Grew up around this park, played lots of tennis, basketball, made memories for sure. Canal has some fish if you know what you're doing. Newly added pickleball court is a blast. Mostly writing this review to flex the snook I caught here.
