Brentwood Park, just sent to the grade school, is an amazing local resource. There are a couple of tennis courts that people sometimes use for Pickleball as well, a sand volleyball court, a pool, and a basketball court. There’s also a somewhat overgrown softball field And the park is essentially an unofficial off leash dog park, especially in the evenings. Some people don’t like that, but it is what it is and it’s usually bustling with people and dogs after work.
Went there to attend a birthday party. Kids seemed be having a lot fun given the large open space, paved walkways, swings, slides etc.
Great park! Several playscapes, sidewalks for bikes and such, and huge grass areas for running and things like soccer. We really enjoyed our time there! Kids age 3-12 all had a blast. A lot of kids and families showed up in the afternoon and it was so chill while the kids all played.
Awesome park anytime of the day. Would be great in the morning and plenty of shade during the day. My son loved all the new playscape’s and a good area to let your dog lose and frisbee play. Can’t wait till the pool opens back up. Bring a blanket and have a picnic with the family. We will be back.
Fun and a great spot for an impromptu softball game with a bunch of friends. And a good amount of trees for shade from the sun
