Bartram Springs CDD

Love living here! Best neighborhood and elementary school. Have serious issues with speeders, always worried about that but overall a beautiful place to call home.

Every Friday afternoon around 5-8pm, 5 food trucks come to Bartram Springs! There is generally 4 different food choices and 1 dessert/sweet choice! Kids run around and enjoy themselves in the grassy area. And sometimes there are movies on the lawn! We go every week to support local eateries! Great time for the whole family!!

I've lived in Jacksonville since 1988, and I have to say that this HOA is the worst I've ever encountered. Instead of addressing important issues like the homeless individuals living near homes and troublemakers vandalizing mailboxes, they focus on trivial matters like sending letters about trash cans. This HOA is truly frustrating, especially with the new president at the helm. Unfortunately, I had to pick a star otherwise it would be ZERO.

I have really enjoyed living here. From chasing my kids around the playground to relaxing peacefully at the lake, this place actually FEELS like home!

Beautiful Resort Style Community. Staff is very nice and approachable. I had the opportunity to capture some of the lovely residents engagement images while visiting the facilities. I love the landscape and surrounding green areas. Needless to say that results were picture perfect!
