Outstanding! Me and my Dad had a Great time. The fishing pond was the best among the 6 parks we visited, lots of Bullhead and Bluegill
Fall colours of Naperville during October end to First week of November 2025. This time good fall colours Really enjoyable.
Ashbury park is Beautiful and relaxing. peaceful and quiet. Good place for families and dogs.the area was very well kept and clean.I could listen to nature without interruption of noise from traffic.
Beautiful and quiet. Good walking trails. Lots of ducks and frogs. There are some muskrats too. Great fishing. Tons and tons of bluegills and other sunfish, lots of big carp. I also caught a 4lb bass out of there. Look out for bullhead catfish, they have big spines on their front 3 fins and they will try to bite if you hold them by the mouth. In the summer it does get weedy so you might get your lure or bait snagged and drag in some weeds or possibly lose the bait. Also keep an eye out for bees and wasps as there are one or two nests. Stay away from duck and goose nests. Overall a great park. However the only restrooms are in the pool club nearby, so take that into consideration before going.
