Around The Post

We had a large family gathering around Christmas time with lots of folks coming from out of town back to our homebase of Erie. We wanted to put together a Pickleball tourney and had 18 experienced players with ages from 18 to 65. Around The Post was able to find two adjacent courts for us on short notice. They were very accommodating. The facility itself is great. The courts are in fantastic shape and well lit. Temperature was ideal. Plenty of parking. The staff was as friendly as can be and the prices were quite reasonable. Strongly recommend Around the Post and are already looking forward to next Christmas’s tournament. My one caveat - you will need to download the CourtReserve app. As a guest, be aware you will not be able to book a court yourself unless you just want to join a clinic. If you want to book your own private court, you will need to interface with Around The Post via text message.

Around the Post is THE BEST place to play pickleball in Erie! The courts and facility are very well maintained and the lighting, courts and high ceiling height make for great play! The owners put ALOT into creating such a great and friendly environment and there are many opportunities for open plays for each player’s level!

As a newcomer to pickleball, I feel welcome and comfortable learning the sport at ATP Erie. Everyone I have come in contact with is supportive and encouraging. This was important to me as I am not a confident player yet. The facility is clean, bright, and safe. The fees are very reasonable. I like to entire vibe at ATP. I just became a new member and look forward to playing more. Shout out to Elena who is highly responsive in answering questions and to Rick Seibel who is an exceptional, patient coach.

I joined ATP about a year ago and quickly became immersed in the community. I have met many pickleballers and enjoy playing with a variety of levels and players. Elena is helpful and the facility is well- run, clean, and safe.
