Arden Park Recreation & Park District

Great location. Had our son’s baby shower here. The facility was clean. Environment was safe. The room was perfect. We came from Texas for the event and the room was very comfortable as the ac was great. They provide a nice kitchen, freezer, bathrooms and cleaning materials. Total win!!!

This is one of our more frequently visited parks. Restrooms are fully appropriated including warm water and diaper changing facilities. Playgrounds are clean and maintained. I have even seen security reminding folks to pick up after their pets. There are clean generously sized BBQ and picnic areas. There is one handicap swing present. Wheelchair ramps are present throughout the property, helpful for the many programs run here. The only drawbacks are a small parking lot, no drinking water bottle filler, and a single sidewalk entrance, leaving runners to double back on the path.

Really impressed with this park! Clearly in an affluent community. It's clean and nicely shaded. Lots of room for kids to play! Parking is comically limited especially in the summer because of swim classes and summer camp. Haven't checked out tye restrooms. I'll have to come back again!

Nice park, lots of grass, good playground… parking is absolutely atrocious at times. Also, temperature of the pool seriously needs to be addressed the water is WAY TOOOO COLD. Yes, it gets hot during the day, however it gets chilly at night (free tip, the water will get cold if no solar covers on) and since you are only open 3 hours per day, you need to have those solar covers on 100% of the time there is no swimming taking place. The water is too cold to even enjoy it.

Best park in the locality, wonderful neighborhood. Always love to spend time in this park. Tennis, play area,pot luck zones and upcoming pickleball courts. Absolutely beautiful place.
