I do not live in adams farm. But I have been going to their playground for many years with my daughter. Is it very well upkept playground and very nice?Area to let your dog or daughter or kids play around. They do have a small lake.It is very nice.

Fishing is fair. No bites today, swimming pool out of commission for good looks like. Tennis courts nobody using them, just walk the trails with there dogs, ride bikes, Frisby, kids playing in kids area. Fair walking enjoyment, Grey hearing, hawk excitement, ducks, wildlife.

Only 4 stars as the pool seems to be completely out of commission even though it says it's open. Everything else is great.

I was a guest at the pool today and had to pay $24 for the guest fee (for my 7-, and 6-year old, and me). My sister lives in the neighborhood and hasn't used any guest passes this summer, so I'm not sure why we were required to pay extra. The water was dirty and filled with leaves. I've been in the past and it has been really clean and nice. I'm very disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool today, especially after paying $24 for the "privilege" to use it.

UPDATE. 7/30/17 An amazing group of members and a legacy of fantastic life guards have always made this pool community a 5 star pick in my book. For over 30 years my family (mother, father, husband and myself) has enjoyed most of our summers here, over looking the beauty of the lake, jogging paths and tennis courts. Adam's Farm Swim and Tennis Club's summers have always been filled with lots of activities such as live music, burgers on the grill, infamous corn hole tournaments and other games. Unfortunately, I visited as a guest today for the first time this summer. The members were wonderful, but something has changed. The activities were gone, the snack bar had little to offer. I started to hear grumbling from the members. The white rocking chairs on the upperdeck of the clubhouse are gone. The updates I've seen at other pools, like lots of shade, are not there. Guest fees were $8.00 each. I hear membership prices are high. A small misunderstanding with the pool manager arose that could have been resoloved over an introduction and a handshake, but it instead escalated into a very real problem. The day was ruined. Mom and Dad are older now and can't go to the pool. We don't have kids so we will move on. I guess that is just how they treat people now. If you are going to spend your hard earned money on a pool membership for your family next year, I would keep looking. This one is in need of an overhaul.
